About Me

Sherree Russell: Over the years my life and work have taken me down a variety of routes from business sales and management, hospitality (at home and overseas) riding centre management and jockeying to an ongoing role in education as a school governor. I also run my own stables from my home in West Sussex. This background helps me to understand the issues my clients face and the very real effect those issues can have on themselves and on their families. It helps me work with my clients to produce real, fast and effective changes. My initial training was at the European College of Holistic Medicine in London under Phil Parker, the internationally recognised trainer of hypnotherapy, NeuroLinguistic Programming and life coaching. Phil Parker is the designer of the technique known as the Lightning Process which I offer to clients as a three-day course specifically to address chronic health issues.
